Job Summary

Hungry At Home Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new administrative procedures and policies.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
