Senior Manager, Digital Acquisition & Analytics

We are seeking a data-driven and analytical leader to join our team as a Senior Manager, Digital Acquisition & Analytics. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our digital marketing strategy and driving customer acquisition for our credit and deposit products.

What You'll Do
  • Acquisition Strategy & Planning (50%): Provide strategic insights and analytics to support the development of effective digital marketing campaigns. Partner with key stakeholders to plan performance marketing activities across various channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, organic search, owned channels, and affiliate marketing. Develop measurement plans and performance tests to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Application, Cost Per Active, and Return on Investment (ROI). Collaborate with digital media counterparts and product acquisition teams to build forecasting models that ensure we are tracking towards targets and continuously improving our strategies.
  • Customer Insights & Analytics (30%): Distill key customer insights from data analysis into actionable recommendations to drive business growth. Develop a roadmap for marketing data, tracking solutions, and analytics needs that will support strategic acquisition initiatives. Lead the development of dashboards using tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio to maintain clear visibility into performance metrics. Leverage your analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • SEO & Website Strategy (20%): Utilize your SEO expertise to develop and implement strategies that enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize website content for search engines. Analyze website data to identify areas for improvement and track the effectiveness of SEO initiatives.
