Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive sales, market share, and profit growth.
  • Marketing Communications: Lead the development of omni-channel marketing communications plans to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • People Management: Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Innovation: Develop and execute innovation strategies to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Financial Management: Manage the brand's budget and optimize the profit and loss statement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the CPG industry.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.
