About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate Brand Manager to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our Brand Team, you will be responsible for driving national business growth and developing strategic plans to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-year strategic business plans for your brand
  • Launch new products and build comprehensive go-to-market plans, including pricing and merchandising strategies
  • Craft marketing communications, claims, and impactful media connection plans with external agency partners
  • Uncover insights about the category, competitor, and retail customers that drive business recommendations
  • Successfully set and ensure delivery of monthly and annual shipment and consumption analysis
  • Conduct consumer research to uncover insights that shape in-market activations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate team activities and projects, and attain short- and long-term sales and profit commitments
  • Lead your brand's P&L and make investment recommendations to drive profitable growth
Requirements
  • Minimum of a university degree in Marketing/Business or a related field; MBA an asset
  • Authorized to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship
  • 18 months of previous brand management or relevant marketing experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a focus on strategy and data
  • Digital marketing experience an asset, as are budget management and forecasting skills
