Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for our network and system infrastructure.
  • Manage and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve our IT services.

Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in technical support, network management, and system maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and dependable, with a willingness to travel within the GTA.
