Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead the deployment of Workday across our organization. The successful candidate will possess a wealth of experience in overseeing large-scale Workday implementations, particularly in modules such as Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday implementation initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with critical stakeholders, including HR, finance, IT, and external partners, to establish project objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate project risks and challenges, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Resource Management: Oversee project resources, including internal teams and external consultants, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and making necessary adjustments to align with project objectives.
  • Progress Reporting: Deliver regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, including project status, risk evaluations, and budget monitoring.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all project outputs meet high-quality standards and comply with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Change Management: Lead the creation and implementation of change management strategies to facilitate the smooth adoption of the Workday system.
  • Training and Development: Supervise the design and execution of training programs for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the Workday system.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement within the Workday system and associated business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in project management, specifically focusing on Workday implementations, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly regarded.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of Workday's cloud-based platform, including core modules such as HCM and Financial Management.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of leading complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset and methodical execution.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to evolving project requirements and thrive in a dynamic setting.
