We are looking for a certified Workday Integrations Lead consultant to join a global boutique Workday implementation partner on a full time permanent basis.


This Workday partner has a great reputation in the Workday ecosystem and has a healthy pipeline of Workday projects which is why they are hiring again. As a boutique Workday partner, they have a collaborative and people focused culture and promote a healthy work-life balance.


In this role you will lead the integrations workstream on phase 1 Workday implementations for the clients of this Workday partner. This could include Launch or Workday Your Way projects for medium enterprise or large enterprise clients across a variety of industries.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience at a Workday partner
  • Active Workday partner certifications in Integrations
  • Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday implementations as the Integrations Lead
  • Strong hands-on integrations skills including studio integrations
  • Strong communication and client facing skill
  • Stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience
