Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our team at NAIT. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis department, you will play a critical role in providing financial leadership and expertise to support the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial planning and analysis support to senior management and leadership teams
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Lead the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements
  • Several years of progressive senior accounting experience
  • Excellent knowledge of full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash receipts, reconciliation, inventory management, internal controls, and contract management
  • Experience working in a PeopleSoft enterprise system environment is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
