The primary responsibility of the Health and Safety Coordinator is to oversee and ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations across various locations. This role involves conducting audits, inspections, and evaluations of safety protocols, focusing on the prevention of accidents and workplace injuries within construction environments.

The Coordinator will provide expert advice and recommendations to HSE Coordinators, project supervisors, and management regarding safety issues. Additionally, this position plays a crucial role in assisting the organization in maintaining its COR certification by ensuring compliance, performing spot audits, identifying deficiencies, and formulating action plans.

The Coordinator will also contribute to the development of policies, programs, documentation, and training materials aimed at empowering the safety team, management, supervisors, and employees to achieve optimal safety outcomes.
