Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Compliance Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment across multiple construction sites. This position will involve monitoring, auditing, and verifying safety practices to prevent accidents and occupational injuries.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of construction sites to assess compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to HSE Coordinators, project supervisors, and management on safety matters.
  • Assist in maintaining the company's COR certification by ensuring ongoing compliance, identifying gaps, and developing action plans.
  • Contribute to the development of safety policies, programs, documentation, and training resources for all levels of employees.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices within the construction industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
