Job Overview

As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff within our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior of facilities to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain a safe and secure environment
• Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance
• Monitor risks such as unlocked doors, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, hazardous materials, and additional breaches of security
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors to provide information and assistance as needed
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and security breaches

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Code of Conduct
• Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
