We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer who possesses a solid foundation in web development frameworks and a strong commitment to developing mission-driven products to join our Quality Assurance team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional testing of Greenshield products to identify and document issues and bugs.
  • Assist in defect management by prioritizing and triaging bugs reported by various stakeholders.
  • Plan, develop, and maintain automated testing scripts for comprehensive product evaluation.
  • Design and execute both manual and automated tests, including API automation tests.
  • Establish priorities for test scenarios and create execution plans for implementation.
  • Ensure maximum test coverage for critical system features.
  • Adapt between automation and manual testing tasks as required.
  • Execute automated regression tests on a weekly basis and as needed.
  • Maintain and execute tests in cloud environments, including performance and load testing.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, generate reports, and maintain QA documentation.
  • Engage in our software development lifecycle, participate in biweekly sprints, and contribute to Scrum ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with developers, program management, and design teams on technical implementations and user scenarios.

Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-3 years of experience in software development and quality assurance testing.
  • Proficiency in developing automation frameworks from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming languages such as Java and Python.
  • Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks, including React and Redux.
  • Knowledge of tools and utilities like Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Maven, and CircleCI.
  • Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
