Job Title: Senior Automation Tester

QA Consultants Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Tester to join our team. As a Senior Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated tests using Katalon, Selenium, and other test automation tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
  • Identify and report defects and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on test automation code

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with automated test tools, including Katalon, Selenium, and Microfocus Unified Functional Testing (UFT)
  • Experience with performance testing tools, including J-Meter
  • Knowledge of programming languages commonly used for automated testing, including Java and Groovy
  • Experience with automated API testing using tools like ReadyAPI and Postman
  • Experience with test management tools, including Azure Cloud DevOps and Microfocus ALM 12.5
  • SQL knowledge and experience with SQL management tools
