Job Title: Automation API Tester

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation API Tester to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, with a focus on APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated test scenarios for APIs.
  2. Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality API delivery.
  3. Work closely with developers to identify and resolve API-related issues.
  4. Develop and execute test plans to ensure API functionality and performance.
  5. Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and testing frameworks such as JUnit and TestNG.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and RestAssured.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with load testing and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database design.
  • Experience with API security testing.
