Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our team at CEI Fleet Collision and Safety. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in onboarding new and existing clients on our top-notch collision and safety products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Implementation Strategies: Work with clients and internal stakeholders to create implementation strategies, identify critical milestones and risks, and establish timelines.
- Lead Business Implementations: Drive the implementation of new collision/safety programs, setting appropriate expectations and delivering agreed-upon results on time and without service interruption.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of collision and safety programs, translating complex concepts into simple language for clients.
- Oversee Execution and Compliance: Oversee the execution of implementation plans, ensuring compliance with project deliverables, standard operating procedures, business practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate coordination and improvements, ensuring a superior customer service experience.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience, MBA preferred. 2+ years of project management experience, with a focus on collision and/or safety products in the fleet industry.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong PC proficiency, including Microsoft Suite and project management software. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional activities and manage work teams.
