About the Role

Cupid's Gourmet Cupcakes Inc is seeking a skilled Bakery Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our high-quality products meet the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the preparation of dough, batters, and icings for our cupcakes, bread, and other baked goods.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor our baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our products, ensuring they meet our established standards.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of materials and supplies to ensure efficient production.
  • Customer Service: Work closely with our sales team to ensure that our products are presented and sold in a way that meets our customers' expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Work Setting: Our bakery is located in an urban area, and public transportation is available.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
