Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and prioritize client inquiries and requests, escalating as necessary to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Liaise with the Wealth Management team to provide seamless support and service to clients.
- Develop and maintain expertise in our wealth management services, software, and procedures to ensure optimal client service and assistance.
- Provide first-line response to client inquiries and recordkeeping requirements, including new account opening documentation, RRSP/RRIF conversions, and client tax enquiry resolution.
- Process personal information updates and changes, and assist with online web access, password setup, and reset.
- Initiate account cash calls, EFTs, contributions, withdrawals, and beneficiary changes on registered accounts.
- Act as a backup Estate Associate and record/update customer information within our CRM database.
- Assist with client onboarding and provide administrative support to the Wealth Management team.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a wealth management or financial services environment.
- Previous office administration experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Solid knowledge of the investment industry and best practices.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused and service-driven, with a pleasant telephone manner and exceptional conversation skills.
