Job Title: Tool and Die Maker

itec group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our team at an established Automotive plant in Brampton. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong background in maintenance of transfer/progressive presses, hydraulics, and machining/welding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of presses (transfer/progressive)
  • Jig/Fixture design
  • Completes daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checklists and maintains records of scheduled maintenance
  • Operate lathes and milling machines
  • Welding, Fabrication
  • Hydraulic/Pneumatic equipment repair
Requirements:
  • Tool & Die Maker C of Q
  • Proven experience in a Tool and Die Shop, automotive preferably
  • Good communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
