Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kenora Travelodge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory is always up-to-date and accurate.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, communicating effectively with our management team and staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant, hotel, motel, or resort environment.
