Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sourcing plan that aligns with business objectives and drives cost savings.
  • Lead a team of sourcing and category managers to execute procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Develop and manage complex procurement contracts and negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable terms.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to internal stakeholders to ensure effective procurement practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and category management.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving procurement efficiency.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CIPS or CPSM certification.
  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in a Fortune 500 environment.
