Job Title: Contract Management Director

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Strategic Sourcing oversees the development and implementation of procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. This role involves managing supplier relationships, conducting supplier reviews, and identifying risks and opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and source potential new suppliers, leading strategic contract negotiations and clarifying supplier obligations for proper contract execution.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
  • Lead the internal business functions through existing supplier performance evaluations and contract reviews, providing ongoing reporting on critical relationships and pending challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Quality function to perform audits of suppliers, oversee supplier intervention, and conduct inspections.
  • Develop and manage the operating budget for the Sourcing organization, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of senior-level experience in sourcing/vendor management, with a strong background in procurement management, supply chain logistics, and project management.
  • Intermediate or advanced level in MS Office applications, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Additional education or formal training in procurement management, supply chain logistics, and/or project management is advantageous.
