The Procurement team plays a crucial role in optimizing expenditures across various business units, facilitating savings that can be reinvested into innovative products and services. We serve as trusted advisors to senior leadership, guiding them in making informed decisions regarding strategic and operational spending. Recognizing that every team member engages in purchasing, we are committed to simplifying and enhancing the buying experience. Our collaborative approach extends to our suppliers, who are integral partners in our pursuit of delivering optimal value, minimizing risks, and fostering innovation. Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead all facets of significant strategic sourcing initiatives, including direct negotiations and RFx processes.
  2. Oversee major contract negotiations and ensure compliance.
  3. Manage supplier relationships effectively.
  4. Optimize the supplier network within your designated portfolio.
  5. Analyze spending patterns to identify and implement cost-saving strategies.
  6. Develop and execute category management strategies.
  7. Identify and pursue Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) opportunities.
  8. Drive internal process enhancements, innovation, and change.
  9. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, formulating supplier management strategies.
  10. Possess a robust understanding of procurement, category management, and supplier sourcing methodologies.
  11. Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence key decision-makers.
  12. Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  2. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a dynamic and complex procurement environment.
  3. Professional designations such as CSCL, SCMP, MBA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
  4. Experience in categories such as Marketing, Real Estate, Construction, Customer Premises Equipment, and Smart Home Security is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $90,000-$134,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, and experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include:
