Your positive contributions will include:

  • Designing and executing a curriculum that promotes the comprehensive development of each child, laying the groundwork for lifelong learning.
  • Leading by example, motivating and guiding a team of educators to provide outstanding care and education.

  • Introducing innovative and engaging teaching strategies, maintaining a dynamic learning environment aligned with best practices.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • A valid Working with Children Check/Blue Card.
  • Child protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or a willingness to obtain these qualifications).
  • A solid understanding of Child Safe Standards.
  • A genuine enthusiasm and commitment to the Early Childhood sector.
  • Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
