Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions for our robots, leveraging your expertise in robotics, AI, and software development.
  • Collaborate with our team of scientists, engineers, and business operators to drive innovation and improve our robots' performance.
  • Implement predictive models to anticipate and adapt to changing situations, ensuring our robots operate safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Work closely with our data science team to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of our proprietary platforms, including CORE with AutoGrasp, and ensure seamless integration with our robots.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality code and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in robotics and AI, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in robotics, AI, and software engineering.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, and C++.
  • Experience with Linux environments and containerization.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with control systems, real-time systems, distributed systems, machine vision, machine learning, robotic manipulation, material handling, industrial automation, physical or discrete event simulation, applied statistics, and design of experiments.
