The Technical Project Coordinator serves as the primary client liaison for all technical inquiries and orchestrates internal responses with the relevant subject matter experts.

The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for leading, tracking, and monitoring project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure alignment with project deliverables, utilizing appropriate project management tools such as MS Project, action logs, dashboards, and others as necessary.

Close collaboration across various workstreams is essential, including Quality, Analytical, Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, Validation, Regulatory, and Leadership. The coordinator organizes and directs project staff according to project specifications.
Regular status updates are provided to clients and SAGE regarding both technical and financial aspects of projects.
Reviews and offers recommendations on designs to ensure compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and relevant regulations.
Coordinates activities related to technical developments, scheduling, and resolution of engineering design and testing challenges.
Manages the integration of technical activities and products.
Proposes enhancements to project execution.
Evaluates and approves design modifications, specifications, and drawing releases.
Monitors expenditures within project budget constraints, prepares interim and final project reports.
Prepares and submits project proposals, following up with clients to secure purchase orders.
Approves timesheets for assigned project personnel.
Conducts evaluations and provides feedback for assigned project staff.
Actively seeks new project opportunities with clients.
Supervises staff and provides daily direction for assigned project teams.
Supports the training of new staff on principles and applications.
Aids in the development of internal expertise in a designated technical area.
Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
~ Engineering licensed applicants preferred.
