About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at 3 S JVT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of business plans.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the efficient use of materials, human resources, and financial resources.
  • Decision Making: Make informed decisions that align with business objectives and policies.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure employee growth and development.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
