Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Answer phone requests, respond to customer inquiries, and provide solutions to customer concerns.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments, prepare repair and service estimates, and follow up on repair and services.
  • Product Sales: Sell service and products to customers, and provide recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and close work orders, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a related role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software.

Working Conditions:

  • Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
