Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize our operations and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of noise, wet/damp conditions, and hot temperatures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions
  • Work site environment: noisy, wet/damp, and hot.
  • Work setting: food service establishment.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
