Food Service Team Lead

Bhumi Corp is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and walking as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied shifts and schedules as needed.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is noisy, wet/damp, and hot, with a fast-paced environment and physical demands.
Security and SafetyThis position requires a bondable individual, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
