Logistics Supervisor Job Description

Young Guns Container Crew Corp is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Willing to relocate
  • Willing to travel
  • Work under pressure
  • Handling heavy loads

  • More than 45 kg (100 lbs)
