Job Title: Electrical Inspector

Next Power Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrical Inspector to join our team. As an Electrical Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that electrical installations and systems meet government regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts to ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
  • Inspect electrical installations and systems to ensure they meet safety standards.
  • Provide information and training to employers, employees, and the general public on electrical safety and regulations.
  • Enforce electrical codes and regulations to ensure public safety.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in electrical inspection or a related field.
  • Basic security clearance.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
