Production Team Leader

Work Environment
- Cold/refrigerated settings
- Presence of odours
- Food processing facility
- Reduce risks at all phases of the food production cycle
- Instruct staff/workers on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations
- Advise on personnel decisions including hiring and promotions
- Compile production and other relevant reports
- Suggest strategies to enhance productivity and product quality
- Oversee, coordinate, and schedule (and potentially review) worker activities
- Establish methods to achieve work schedules and synchronize work activities with other units
- Order or requisition materials, equipment, and supplies
- Manage a team of 11-15 individuals
- Fast-paced work environment
