Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor at First Choice Beverage Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production processes within our facility. Your leadership will ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
Work Environment

The position is based in a cold/refrigerated environment, requiring adaptability and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
  • Advise on personnel decisions including hiring and promotions.
  • Compile and prepare production reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a team of 5-10 employees.
  • Establish efficient methods to meet production schedules and collaborate with other departments.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain workflow.
