About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at 2786370 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development and Execution: Develop and implement recipes for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train a team of 1-2 bakers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.
  • Work Environment and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
