Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1343863 BC Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our dining services.

Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Budgeting and Cost Control

Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to optimize our food service operations.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our food service operations.

Team Supervision

Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.

Supervision and Support
  • Team Size

Supervise a team of 3-4 people.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.

Support for Youths

Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.

Support for Indigenous People

Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.

Support for Visible Minorities

Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
