About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at BHAM PAINTING AND RENOVATIONS INC. as a Construction Helper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assisting Tradespeople: Assist skilled tradespeople in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and piling salvaged materials.
  • Environmental Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Work Environment

The Construction Laborer will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, including repetitive lifting and carrying of materials up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
