Le Gestionnaire de Comptes Commerciaux est chargé de développer et de maintenir des relations solides avec les clients. Pour ce faire, il doit analyser les besoins des clients, les informer sur les solutions et services offerts par l'entreprise, proposer des réponses à leurs préoccupations et recommander des produits innovants. Il doit également gérer les demandes et les préoccupations des clients par divers moyens de communication.
Il est essentiel d'assurer une collaboration efficace avec l'équipe de gestion des comptes et les départements concernés pour garantir un service de qualité aux clients. Le Gestionnaire doit également tenir les clients informés de leurs projets futurs et travailler avec eux pour élaborer des stratégies budgétaires visant à accroître les ventes liées aux comptes. Enfin, il doit contribuer à renforcer la notoriété de la marque Home Depot en devenant le partenaire privilégié des clients.

Responsabilités :

  • Ouvrir de nouveaux comptes est une priorité.
  • Planifier des visites auprès des clients existants pour évaluer leurs besoins et identifier d'autres opportunités de vente.
  • Fournir des estimations de produits selon les besoins.
  • Organiser et participer à des conférences téléphoniques pour discuter des ventes avec les fournisseurs et les clients.
  • Informer régulièrement les clients des évolutions des produits.
  • Proposer des solutions aux préoccupations des clients.
  • Présenter les nouveaux produits.
  • Servir d'intermédiaire entre les clients et l'entreprise pour communiquer sur l'état des services, des prix et des lancements de nouveaux produits.
  • Suivre et mettre à jour les comptes des clients, en précisant les contacts pour les ventes futures.
  • Se tenir informé des nouveaux produits, services et procédures en participant à des formations et des réunions.
  • Utiliser quotidiennement le système « Sap COM ».

Compétences requises :

  • Avoir au moins un an d'expérience et répondre aux critères de performance.
  • Posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication.
  • Avoir une capacité démontrée à établir des partenariats efficaces au sein de l'organisation.
  • Faire preuve d'un sens aigu de l'urgence et d'une capacité à atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.
  • Prioriser efficacement les demandes multiples et respecter les engagements.
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des systèmes informatiques utilisés.
  • Être prêt à travailler selon un horaire flexible.
  • Être disposé à voyager fréquemment, y compris pour des déplacements prolongés.
