Job Title: Train RAMS Engineer

At Alstom, we're committed to creating a safer and more reliable transportation network. As a Train RAMS Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our trains meet the highest safety and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage RAMS activities and deliverables in accordance with QCD commitments.
  • Define safety requirements to minimize risks and enhance reliability.
  • Coordinate RAMS contributors and apply Alstom/Engineering RAMS processes.
  • Plan and pilot RAMS activities in tender phase to assess capability and risks.
  • Perform project/program RAMS activities compliant with QCD work packages commitments.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Railway Safety analysis and demonstration methods and tools.
  • 2-3 years of experience in RAM prediction and measurement methods and tools.
  • Electrical and/or Electro-mechanical Engineering experience preferably applied to Railway products.
  • Good Communications and interpersonal skills, including with third parties (customer).
  • Time management and reporting skills.
  • Sense of urgency/priority.
  • Customer & Product Focus.
  • Structured and organised with Hands-on approach.
  • French & English operational in reading/writing and speaking within technical meetings.
