Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at R&G Insurance Brokers Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
