Le Groupe JLD-Laguë, a leading John Deere dealership, is seeking a skilled Road Technician to join our team. As a Road Technician, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and repairing client equipment or machinery while on the road.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose equipment or machinery issues on-site
  • Repair and refurbish equipment within the given timeframe
  • Establish diagnostic plans and sequences for repairs
  • Register extra work on work orders and inform clients and workshop foremen
  • Provide technical support to clients
  • Ensure cleanliness of mobile units and manage parts inventory
  • Comply with health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Vocational diploma in mechanics (construction machines, agricultural equipment, heavy machinery, or related fields)
  • Five years' experience as a workshop or road technician
  • Passion for agriculture, business, or the industrial field
  • Manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, autonomy, resourcefulness, and a passion for customer service
