About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at J&K Electrical Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and prepare production and other reports to ensure timely completion.
  • Project Coordination: Co-ordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and supervise workers to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure to meet project deadlines, and maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform site duties.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
