Account Service Representative

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Currency Processing Department. As an Account Service Representative, you will be responsible for verifying incoming and outgoing parcels using a basic understanding of products and processes in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Open and sort Night Deposit, Commercial & ATM Parcels.
- Prep & Bag outgoing parcels to clients and Branches.
- Operate the BPS Machine.
- Meet established throughput targets with accuracy.
- Fully understand and comply with privacy/confidentiality requirements and code of conduct guidelines.
- Exercise due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of Incoming and Outgoing Cash Parcels.
- Accountable for accurate addressing to ensure privacy and confidentiality of client information is kept in accordance with RBC Policy.
- Team Oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational & decision-making skills.
- Challenges status quo and responds with innovative solutions.
- Application of basic knowledge of basic concepts, terminology, and requirements to support area of responsibility and perform well-defined/routine tasks.
- Technical aptitude and system documentation proficiency.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts between 6 am and 8pm.
