About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Paramount Exteriors Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in Framing and Building: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level Earth and Clean Sites: Level earth to fine grade specifications and clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. The work site environment is noisy and dusty.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
