Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting our construction projects by providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and manage project information, including client and landlord requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of documents, including CCDC contracts and building permit applications.
  • Organize and maintain project files, including archiving closed projects.
  • Assist in the estimation process by providing necessary information to the estimation department.
  • Prepare and send documents to the construction site.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an asset but not required.
  • Basic construction, facilities, or comparable administrative experience.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
  • Bilingual English and French (written/spoken).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
