Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at JG GROUP INC.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the switchboard, answer phone calls, and relay messages.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, order office supplies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
