Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food service operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations
  • Coordinate food order summaries for the chef
  • Establish and manage work schedules for food service staff
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Supervise 1 to 2 staff members
  • Work in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
