Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team at ESS Corp. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and supervising workers and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient production and meet deadlines.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that a safe working environment is maintained.
- Supervision: Supervise workers and projects to ensure that they are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Equivalent Experience: Equivalent experience in a related field may be considered.
This role will be based in our fabrication department, where you will work with a team of skilled professionals to produce high-quality products.

- Fast-Paced Environment: You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where you will need to be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Excellent Oral Communication: You will need to have excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Organized: You will need to be highly organized to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
- Work Term: This is a permanent role, with a 30-hour workweek.
- Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
