Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at OPT Synthetic Grass Ltd. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of our synthetic grass products.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our outdoor maintenance team to ensure high-quality results and efficient project completion.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify areas requiring maintenance or repair, and develop plans to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services and processes.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
