In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and completing repairs and/or services on heavy-duty trucks. Your expertise will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to Maxim's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of heavy-duty truck systems, utilizing your technical knowledge and experience.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians to effectively troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a 4th year apprentice to Journeyman certification in heavy-duty truck repair.
  • Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, proficient in utilizing Cummins Insite, Navistar, and ABS control systems.
  • Hold a valid Alberta Safety/CVIP certification.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Interpret technical manuals and schematics with ease.
  • Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract. A Class 3 or Class 1 license is an asset.
  • Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and skill development within the trade.
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
