Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Janu Dev Corporation. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food preparation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage a team of food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a client-focused approach.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods, making this role ideal for those who are comfortable in a physically demanding environment.
